January 18, 2016 – Pittsburgh, PA: CLG will facilitate a workshop and roundtable lunch discussion at the 2016 Generis American Manufacturing Summit at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel, Chicago on February 29 and March 1.
CLG Partner Kim Huggins, will provide the latest on the topic of Leading Change to Optimize Performance in a Multi-Generational Manufacturing Environment during a workshop presentation on February 29 at 12:10 pm (CT).
Attendees will learn how to:
- Increase generational awareness – identify generational groups and what is important to each in the workplace
- Leverage the strengths of each generation to implement and sustain change including how to: release control, be open, accept risk, and encourage others
- Diagnose their organization’s strengths and areas for improvement to lead through change
On March 1st, CLG will host a thought-provoking roundtable lunch discussion where participants will discuss Leading Change in a Multi-Generational Manufacturing Environment.
