Patrick is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of senior executive experience. He has provided leadership to a wide range of successful organizations and served in a variety of roles, including CEO, COO, and CFO. Each of the businesses with which Patrick has been involved has proven to be a successful, growth business. His addition to CLG’s board gives us unsurpassed access to his valuable business experience and expertise.
In October 2009, Patrick retired from a 10-year career at Health Dialog – a business he helped build from an early-stage healthcare services organization to one of the world’s leading providers of healthcare analytics, healthcare services, and decision support. Under Patrick’s guidance, Health Dialog became and remains a dominant player in the care management services market in the U.S. In late 2007, Patrick helped execute a successful transaction to sell Health Dialog to BUPA, an international insurance company based in the UK, and continued as its Chief Executive until his retirement.
Prior to Health Dialog, Patrick was Chief Executive Officer of Phios Corporation, an MIT spin-off that provides process and knowledge management tools and consulting services. (He still occupies this role at Phios.) Patrick was also a co-founder of Symmetry, a management consulting firm specializing in healthcare and financial services, where he served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive. Patrick began his career with Bank of America where he spent 15 years.
Patrick earned a BS in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
