She is expert at selecting the best behavioral strategies and tools for desired bottom-line results.

As a professional consultant and coach, Mindy works at all organizational levels—from front line to C-suite—across varied industries including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and oil and gas. Her specialties include change management, global transformation planning and deployment, process/performance improvement, leadership/team alignment, executive coaching, leadership development, and project management.

Mindy is a member of CLG’s pharmaceutical salesforce focused team where she is responsible for bringing her behavioral science and pharmaceutical experience to the work we do in this industry.

Professional Accomplishments

For a global construction company – collected andtranslated 360° feedback into actionable development plans with senior leaders, helping them leverage their strengths and focus on specific ways to improve and enhance their leadership impact. Helped leaders interpret feedback and develop and implement action plans.

For a global pharmaceutical company drove global performance improvement initiatives in change management, project execution, and marketing—and coached senior leaders through key changes and sponsorship activities

Led a global change management strategy development for functional transformations and system implementations for a Fortune 10 petroleum refinery. Deployed a multi-year initiative for improving turnaround maintenance, including executing the rollout strategy, training, communications, coaching, and sustainability plan

Education and Background

Mindy earned her M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and B.A. in Media and Public Communication (Psychology minor) from Purdue University. She is certified in Prosci® Change Management Methodology and is a certified Insights® Discovery Facilitator.
