Danielle Geissler is a dynamic consultant with experience in many fields, including consumer goods, health insurance, manufacturing, petrochemicals, biotech, banking, construction and engineering, commercial real estate, and more.

Danielle’s expertise and special skills encompass Executive Coaching (including leader transitions), leadership team alignment and development, large-scale change implementation, and organization performance consulting. She is fluent in English and German, and has consulting experience throughout Europe, North America, and the Far East.

Professional Accomplishments

Danielle is a member of CLG’s pharmaceutical salesforce focused team where she is responsible for bringing her applied behavior analysis and broad industry expertise to our pharmaceutical industry work

A founding member of CLG’s Far East business, Danielle developed this market by helping to establish the regional business strategy and selling, managing, and delivering local and global projects for Japanese multinationals or U.S.-headquartered multinationals with offices in Japan.

For three consecutive years Danielle held the title of invited professor in the Executive MBA Program at the Business School at Keio University, Tokyo, Japan. Her courses focused on the role of behavioral leadership in small- and large-scale (global) change efforts.

Danielle served as the client manager and executive coach for CLG’s engagement with a top-tier universities’ flagship executive education programs designed to provide coaching support to 100+ executives from around the globe every year. Her specific consulting engagements include:

  • Global petrochemical company—led culture change across a business unit, working with senior leaders to design a multi-year strategy, business targets, and end-to-end implementation plan, and coaching senior leaders as change agents.
  • Multinational personal care company—crafted and oversaw execution of a global leadership development program for high-potential leaders at different levels to accelerate company growth and promotion of leaders within a new, matrixed organizational structure.
  • Global consumer goods enterprise—coachednew sales/marketing director transitioning from another business, country and culture to integrate him into local practices and systems, supporting his assimilation with his new team, and setting organization targets.

Education and Background

Danielle earned her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis (focus on Organizational Behavior Management), from the City University of New York (CUNY). She co-authored a chapter in The Behavior Breakthrough (2013), detailing the power of Behavioral Leadership® in enabling superior execution and sustained success. Danielle regularly presents at conferences worldwide, has published articles in the U.S. and Japan, and is a guest reviewer for the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management.
