Leading an organization today is more challenging than ever before and executives need to be fully equipped to meet these diverse challenges. The Stanford Executive Program provides today's executive leaders with the knowledge and tools that will position them to think critically, challenge assumptions, and change the rules of competition. A new addition to the Stanford Executive Program is the Individual Leadership Skills Development.

Stanford has partnered with CLG to offer the Individual Leadership Skills Development option which provides participants with executive coaching to help them implement the program content. This option will include a 360˚ feedback session and self-assessment followed by a personalized 100-Day Leadership Action Plan based on the participants own specific business objectives. The coaching includes a face-to-face session with a CLG coach during the program to develop the participant's individualized plan followed by virtual one-on-one coaching sessions after the program.
